Electric plastic Rockwell hardness tester XHRD-150

XHRD-150 Electric plastic Rockwell hardness tester is a motorized plastic Rockwell hardness tester. It is the motor to control the loading , dwell, and unloading of the test force, and the dwell time can be adjustable. It is easy and fast to operate without artificial operation errors except dial to zero, with high sensitivity and stability.

1. The body part is molded by casting process and has been treated for a long time. Compared with the splicing process, the shape variables of the casting one are extremely small, and it can effectively adapt to all kinds of harsh environment.
2. Car paint, high grade lacquer, strong scratch resistance, still bright as new after years of use.
3. The core parts are machined parts of NC machine, the accuracy and stability of the whole machine are greatly improved.
4. Lever adding force, friction free spindle, high precision of test force.
5. Direct dial reading. Other Rockwell scales are optional.
6. It controls the loading , dwell, and unloading of the test force by the motor, which eliminates the artificial operation errors.
7. The precision is in accordance with GB/T230.2, ISO6508-2, and ASTM E18.

Suitable for quenched steel, tempered steel, annealed steel, cold and hard casting, malleable cast iron, hard alloy steel, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, bearing steel etc. Also suitable for surface quenched steel, surface heat treating and chemical treating materials, sheet, zinc layers, chrome layers, tin layers etc.
